The Eccles Engineering Division were approached by the City of London to offer a bespoke solution for replacing some of the older pedestrian walkway covers on the world famous Tower Bridge.
We designed and engineered 660 custom-made new covers, manufactured from high-strength ductile iron to give a high performing solution: strong yet light-weight, simple to install and with easy access for maintenance works below.
