THE NEW ENDURANCE RANGE
Introducing our NEW EnduranceTM range of enhanced D400 (Group 4) ductile iron access covers.
Designed and engineered by Eccles to exceed National Highways’ DMRB CD534 (version 0.1.0) – a technical regulation (formally HA/104) Kitemarked and surpassing the requirements of BS EN 124:2015.
EXPANDING PRODUCT LINES
We have designed and manufactured a new range of innovative, competitive access and drainage solutions including access covers, gully grates, surface boxes, bridge drainage and more.
Our comprehensive product range is available in either ductile iron, composite material or steel.
CERTIFICATION & TESTING
Eccles currently holds two of its own BSI Kitemark license KM656300 for the standards EN124-2:2015 and KM734342 for the standard EN1433:2006.
This certification confirms our commitment to demonstrating leading levels of consistency, quality, and reliability throughout our entire product portfolio.
In addition our range of EN1433 is fully compliant with both the new UK Conformity Assessed (CA) Mark, and Conformité Européenne (CE) Mark.

SmartGrip TechnologyTM is an asymmetrical raised pattern top plate that we apply to our entire range of access covers and frames.
It has been designed with a high multi-directional micro texture to improve stability against aquaplaning thereby improving safety.

the eccles' story
In 1955 Alan Eccles bought an automotive servicing and repair centre in Hill Top, West Bromwich, marking the start of his journey into engineering and design.
Over 65 years later, his Eccles business has become a market-leader in the access and drainage industry with a global reputation for trust, value and expertise.
The family continue to run the business with grandson Adam now Managing Director driving the business forward.
